    US Returns Only.

    EXCHANGES: We do not offer exchanges, please create a return for the unwanted item and place a new order for the product you desire. This will ensure the product is available and gets to you quicker. 

    NON-BILLABONG RETURN: Please ensure you return the correct item(s) when making a return. ​​Billabong​​ is not responsible for non-​​Billabong​​ items shipped back to us in error. No compensation will be provided for incorrect items sent to Billabong.

    RETURN POLICY

    • - Merchandise can only be returned if purchased online directly from BILLABONG.COM
    • - Merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
    • - Merchandise must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact. 
    • - Items listed as FINAL SALE cannot be returned for a refund. 
    • - Shipping charges incurred during checkout are not refundable. 
    • - Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return. 

    CREATE A RETURN LABEL

    For all Billabong Crew members, return shipping labels are FREE. For Canada returns, please see the return policy by clicking here.

    For all other guests, return shipping labels are $6.95. This amount will be deducted from your refund. If you purchased as a guest, you can still sign up for a Billabong Crew account and receive free return labels.

    • - Drop your package off at any U.S. mail location.

    Once your return has been received by our warehouse, please allow up to 7-10 business days to complete.

    Additional processing time may occur depending on your financial institution before the funds appear on your account.

  • How do I return an item?

    If you placed your order through Instagram or Facebook, please request a return by contacting our customer service team by clicking here.

    • - Merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
    • - Merchandise must be in their original state, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact. 
    • - Once submitted, a return shipping label will be generated and emailed to you.
    • - Please print the shipping label.
    • - Place your items back in your package and attach the shipping label to the outside, then drop off at your nearest USPS.
    • - Remember to keep your tracking number!

    Please allow 10-14 business days for your return to arrive to our facility.
    Once your return has been received by our warehouse, allow up to 7-10 business days to complete. Additional processing time may occur depending on your financial institution before the funds appear on your account.

     

  • How do I check the status of my return?

    Please Note: Transit time can take up to 10-14 business days before we receive your return. Once your return has been received, allow an additional 7-10 business days to process your refund back to the original form of payment.

     

  • What is your return address?

    Unfortunately, our returns address is not available. All returns must be processed through our Order Status page. Any unauthorized return labels will not be processed and sent back to sender.

  • How long can a return take to complete?

    Once a return has been sent back, please allow 10-14 business days for transit time. Once our facility has received the return, allow for an additional 7-10 business days for the refund to be completed back to your original form of payment.

  • Can I exchange an item from my order?

    Unfortunately, we are unable to create exchanges. If you would like to create a return, please click here to start your return. 

    We only accept returns placed online at billabong.com 

     

  • Can I return an item I purchased in-store?

    Unfortunately, we only except returns from purchases made directly from Billabong.com. If the purchased item(s) are from a retail location, you will need to visit the retail location for a return.

     

  • Can I return/exchange an item I was gifted?

    Returns can only be created by the original purchaser. We are only able to create returns, exchanges are not available.

     

  • Do loyalty members receive free returns?

    Yes, we offer free returns to our loyal members on all eligible purchases (excluding returns from Canada) made online within all 50 U.S. states, and APO/FPO addresses.

  • Returned an order purchased with a prepaid gift card?

    If a prepaid gift card was used to place your order and a return was processed, the funds will be returned to the prepaid gift card. Refunds are processed back to your original form of payment regardless or what was used.

    If you no longer have the prepaid gift card or the card has expired, you will need to contact the card provider for options.
